The Turner Law Firm was formed to provide excellent legal advice and representation for litigation and transactional matters involving business, real estate, insurance and entertainment law issues. Keith Turner is a litigator and represents clients in business, entertainment,insurance, legal malpractice and real estate matters. He also serves as outside general counsel for manufacturing, construction and real estate related businesses.



Keith Turner is a member of the Executive Committee of the Los Angeles County Bar Association’s Attorney-Client Mediation and Arbitration Services. He has been an Attorney-Client Fee Dispute Arbitrator for the Los Angeles County Bar Association since 1998. He has been a featured speaker at legal seminars on insurance law seminars and reasonable attorney’s fees practices. He is also a member of the Advisory Committee for the Bar Association’s Lawyer Referral and Information Service. He received his J.D. from the ITT Chicago Kent College of Law in 1990, where he was the recipient of the Webster Burke Merit Scholarship. He received his B.A. from the University of Wisconsin, Madison in 1986.


Keith Turner is admitted to practice in the California State and Federal courts. Keith Turner is also active in a number of local organizations in Pacific Palisades, California. Additionally, he plays drums in a local rock band.

Vartan Saravia's practice focuses on complex business and insurance coverage litigation. He also advises clients on intellectual property matters, particularly involving cross-border issues. His law-and-motion advocacy work has landed numerous victories for the firm's clients on substantive and procedural matters. His successful record also includes his contributions to the firm's appellate practice.

He received his J.D. from Southwestern Law School in 2008, where he was a notes editor at the Journal of International Law, and where he received two CALI Excellence for the Future Awards (best grade in class). He received his B.A., summa cum laude, from Montclair State University in New Jersey. He also holds an undergraduate degree in History from the Universidad de la Republica in Uruguay. He has published several legal articles, among which is Shades of Gray: The Internet Market of Copyrighted Goods and a Call for the Expansion of the First-Sale Doctrine, Southwestern Journal of International Law, Vol. XV, No. 2, 2009

Mr. Saravia is an active member of the American Bar Association. In his capacity as member of the ABA's Young Lawyer Division (YLD), Mr. Saravia acts as liaison to the ABA's Center for Racial and Ethnic Diversity for the years 2011-2013. He has represented California at the YLD national assembly of delegates.

He was recently appointed Vice Chair of the Business Litigation and Insurance Coverage Litigation committees of the ABA's Trial, Torts and Insurance Practice Section (TIPS) for the Bar year 2012-2013.

His pro bono involvement also includes work for the Iraqi Refugee Assistance Project, which provides legal representation to displaced Iraqi families who were forced to leave the country due to the war and sectarian and violence, and are usually targeted for having provided their services to the U.S. government in Iraq.

He also puts his language expertise to greater use as a charter member of the National Language Service Corps, a pilot program under the Department of Defense which provides linguistic support to Federal, state, and local agencies. His native language is Spanish. He is also proficient in Armenian, Portuguese, French and Italian.

Mr. Saravia is a member of the California State Bar, and is also admitted to practice law in the Federal District Court for the Central and Southern Districts of California.

Justin provides technology expertise for maintaining the paperless law office and providing cost efficient document review and management. Justin assists in all phases of litigation, from factual investigation, document gathering and review, assisting in preparing discovery requests and responses, and assisting with trial preparation. Justin recently graduated from the University of California, Irvine, and plans to go to law school. Justin is also a graduate of Loyola High School in Los Angeles, where he was on the golf team. Justin also plays guitar in a rock band.
